Each morning a custom-designed snowcat will be waiting at the front door to whisk guests to 1,000+ acres of exclusive ski terrain in nearby Irwin. The area receives an average of 450 inches of snow per year and its cold-smoke powder is legendary. Our guides know where to find the deepest powder runs and wide open alpine bowls. Two on-mountain cabins, outfitted with fireplaces, dining areas and seating spaces provide guests with a comfy place to warm up, recharge, and kick off après. MOUNTAIN BIKING

Gunnison Valley is home to some of the best mountain biking in the US. There’s endless single track to be explored, and ideal for beginner riders all the way up to experts looking for a challenge. Guided mountain biking is the perfect way to explore the area.

Day Two

FLOAT FISHING

Gunnison river float trips feature world class fishing guides who target rainbow and brown trout from drift boats and rafts. As part of this package, you will also have access to a semi-private stretch of Taylor River, where large trout are hungry for well placed flys.

Day Three

GUIDED HIKING

Your guides know every inch of the trail surround Crested Butte, and are ready to lead a spectacular hiking experience, filled with open vistas, fields of wild flowers, and aspen forests. You’ll get breathtaking views of the 14ers as you hike the trails as a group through the high alpine trail system.

Truly worth 6 stars. The place is beautiful, the staff beyond stellar, every detail considered. I couldn’t conjure up a better place for a ski holiday. Don’t miss the hot tub on the roof!

Scarp ridge lodge is totally incredible. full on hotel. The kids loved the bunk house. All the rooms are unique and have their own baths. There is a ton of staff just waiting to help you. Full time bartender. Morning chef. Snacks. Coffee. Water. All day long. Easy walk to town. They go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Highly recommend. It’s an Eleven Experience at its best!!

HELISKIING IN ICELAND | FULL LODGE BUYOUT

Put simply—endless vertical. Heli-ski descents on Iceland’s Arctic maritime snowpack average 915 vertical meters. The land of the midnight sun provides extended daylight hours so you can make sea-to-summit runs even after dinner.

Runs average 915 vertical feet. Huge couloirs and vast valleys scream for first tracks, and with Iceland’s unique weather and long days, you can ski through dinner. Day One

ARRIVAL

Explore the remarkable property and meet the teams while you settle into your otherworldly home away from home. Your guides will brief you on the plan, fit you in ski gear, train you on all safety procedures, and finally send you outside for a post-travel soak in our mineral waters.

Day Two

HELI SKIING

The ocean views you’ll experience on your first day of heli-skiing are screen-saver worthy. Spend the day zig-zagging through fjords and valleys with constant views of the cobalt-blue North Atlantic Ocean. Back at the lodge, experience sensory deprivation in our i-Sopod flotation tanks.

Day Three

HEAD SOUTH

Today you dive deep into the heart of the Troll Peninsula. The mountains here are slightly taller and sprinkled with pocket glaciers that keep the snow cold and fresh. You won’t see any signs of civilization, just untouched runs, and you might even snag some first descents.

Day FOUR

BIG SKI DAY

Perfect your end game in style. Ski big, bold runs and narrow technical chutes en route to the airport. Finish on the tarmac, where you switch from helicopter to fixed wing and depart the Troll Peninsula.

Located on a converted 15th century sheep farm, Deplar Farm blends into the natural landscape with its black timber cladding and turf roof, and the floor-to-ceiling windows around the property that embrace the surrounding peaks.
